Registration is open for New York City Rock Camp 2012!

This year camp will take place at Greene Hill School in Brooklyn from August 6-11.

Tuition is $300 per camper for the week, however discounts are available if you book early and for siblings signing up together. From January 16-21 we are offering a considerable 40% off the cost of tuition! To take advantage complete the registration by clicking here and don’t forget to use coupon code NYCRC40 at checkout. Once you have completed your payment you will be redirected to the camper application, please complete this application to ensure your camper’s instrument and workshop selections.

Scholarships are available

NYCRC offers a limited number of scholarships, if you find you cannot afford full tuition, please complete the scholarship application by clicking here.

Refer a friend program

We also offer a refer a friend discount program. For each camper you refer to NYCRC who successfully signs up and pays full tuition you will receive a $25 refund on your tuition. Simply complete your registration payment, fill out the camper application (and don’t forget to include your friends emails, we will contact your friends). It’s that easy! If 12 of your friends register and pay you will receive a full refund of your camp tuition*
*refund amount is up to the full amount you paid, if you receive a partial scholarship you are only eligible to receive up to that amount back from tuition reimbursements from this program.

What to expect:

Camp is open to 9-17 year olds of all levels of musical experience. Campers will get lessons in either guitar, bass, vocals, drums or keyboards, form rock bands, write songs, take part in workshops, and perform a showcase at the end of the week for friends and family.

The small print:

The deadline for registration is June 1st, 2012 and for scholarship applications it is May 1st, 2012. Please remember that NYCRC operates on very little resources and relies heavily on donations, if you can afford to pay full tuition we ask that you do so, and if you can afford to make a donation to help send a child to camp on scholarship please take a look at our adopt-a-camper program here.
